We were told to be quiet.
To be grateful.
To be strong.
But strength isn’t silence.
And healing doesn’t happen in the dark.
We are the mothers, the survivors, the women who carry stories that don’t fit into small talk.
We are the ones who’ve buried dreams, rebuilt ourselves, and still show up for the ones who need us.
We’ve learned that grief has layers, that motherhood has shadows, and that love demands truth.
This is our space to speak it.
To name what hurt, to hold what still aches, and to find the beauty that keeps growing anyway.
We don’t whisper here.
We breathe.
We break.
We rebuild.
Together.
Because silence never saved us.
But sisterhood, storytelling, and the courage to be seen, that just might.
